The ideal applicant will have a love for all things digital and a high

standard for the digital experience that brands create. An ability to see the big picture and ask questions, as well as

laser in on details on everything we touch is key.

Collaboration is key for Xivic, so you’ll also be working closely with our Account/Project Management teams.

This is a remote role with team members throughout North America in Pacific, Mountain, Central, and Eastern

time zones.

We are looking for applicants who are self-motivated and have excellent communication skills. You should have the

ability to see the big picture and ask questions, as well as laser in on details.

What You’ll Be Doing

● Working with Account Managers and Project Managers to recommend appropriate marketing platforms,

develop strategies, and effectively integrate campaigns with overall marketing strategy

● Executing marketing strategies & programs for a variety of clients (B2B & B2C) to drive revenue and

increase conversions.

● Understanding how to use various tools and channels, such as web analytics, search engine optimization,

email marketing, paid social, search, and display, to promote clients’ products and services

● Supporting daily upkeep project/client health, and specifically multiple web and social media channels

● Analyzing SEO reports, including SEM Rush, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, and more;

● Communicating with Account Managers and Project Managers regarding strategies, project status, and

results

● Staying on top of industry trends and best practices and advising team members of new findings,

opportunities, and changes regarding digital content for: social media posts, webpages/blogs, and email

marketing

● Managing email campaigns, automation flows

Basic Requirements

● Bachelor's degree

● Exceptional organization and prioritization skills - will always follow through

● Passion for pitching new ideas

● 2+ years of digital marketing experience - agency experience not needed but preferred

● Experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Facebook Ad Manager

● Experience in copywriting

● Experience working in Google Business Suite in a professional environment

● Can work well in an agency environment
