What we’re looking for 🔎

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce AppExchange Developer who will be able to shape the future of one of our most critical product integrations as a subject matter expert, leading by example and teaching other developers the ins and outs of developing an AppExchange integration.

This team works cross-functionally and comprises representatives from Product, Product Design, and multiple Engineering disciplines. Any member of this team has the opportunity to have a huge impact on Splash’s customer experience.

In this role, you’ll get to…

• Architect solutions to complex problems in our Salesforce AppExchange integration, delivering proposals that are flexible, robust, and take into account business needs.
• Collaborate with your team in scoping, estimating, implementing, and testing new features and fixes.
• Be communicative and reliable, so that others can depend on you.
• Mentor engineers on best practices, technologies, and patterns — both pertaining to Salesforce and development in general.
• Show up as a team member, encouraging others through example in collaboration, productivity, effective communication and love for details.
• Propose initiatives and lead by example on evolving our Salesforce AppExchange integration, so that it’s performant, flexible, scalable and easy to work with.
• Crush bugs like an exterminator, identifying their root cause swiftly and performing a fix or proposing a long-term mitigation plan.
• Spread good energy and enthusiasm to the rest of the team. Find the fun!

Must have

• In depth knowledge of developing for the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Experience in Salesforce CRM
• In-depth knowledge of developing AppExchange apps.
• Appropriate Salesforce Developer certification.
• An autonomous approach to your work, seeing the bigger picture of each initiative and driving progress forward.
• A curiosity and desire to learn.
• A collaborative spirit — we’re looking for someone who is teachable and can also teach others.

Nice to have

• 3+ years of experience developing Salesforce integrations.
• Experience with various testing methodologies, frameworks, and approaches.
• Experience working in a high-performing SaaS environment.
