Job Description

As a Senior Full Stack Lead, you will lead the development team, participate in architecting decisions, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions. You must have strong experience in Node.js, Next.js, React.js and a good understanding of database technologies such as MySQL and PostgreSQL.

Must Haves

• Strong proficiency in Node.js & Next.js
• Proficient React.js to implement existing wireframes and pre-defined UX rules.
• Experience with MySQL & PostgreSQL..
• Proven experience leading development teams and mentoring junior developers.
• A track record of writing clean and efficient code.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Test Driven Development (TDD)
• Experience with C# and the ability to work on projects involving C#.
• Familiarity with WordPress and the ability to integrate it into web solutions.
• Knowledge of MySQL and Redis, enabling you to work with these technologies effectively.
• Experience working with Metatrader.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
• Make suggestions to improve the product architecture.
• Migrate from MySQL to PostgreSQL while maintaining data integrity functionality.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code while ensuring coding standards are met.
• Collaborate with cross-functional & remote teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client requirements.
