Job Title: Client Platform Experience Representative (Entry-Level)
Reports to: VP of Client Platform Services

We are seeking an entry-level Client Platform Experience Representative to join our team. This role is crucial in ensuring our clients receive the best possible experience with our platform. The ideal candidate is a recent college graduate who is highly organized, accountable, communicative, analytical and has an outgoing personality. This client-facing role requires empathy, humility, and, most importantly, a high-velocity response rate to client requirements. English proficiency is a must.
1. Customer Support: Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way via phone, email, or chat. Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features of our platform.
2. User Experience Improvement: Continually look for ways to improve how the product experience feels to the user, making using the product faster, easier, or more fun.
3. Product Feedback Collection: Collect product feedback to understand what users feel about their experience with our product and how they think an ideal product would be.
4. Onboarding: Introduce relevant and essential information to new customers, providing quality service promptly.
5. Account Management: Act as a liaison, provide product/services information, answer questions, and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency.
6. Other Responsibilities: The role also involves the opportunity to move on to IT Product Management or IT Enterprise Sales career.
- Proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in any Customer-facing role. (Retail, hospitality, sales)
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Interest in technology and how it is made.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is preferred.
