Key Responsibilities:

Road Map to Cloud Integration:

• Complete the code upgrade to Qt6.
• Transform the GUI from QtWidgets to browser-compatible QML.
• Integrate paid tier features:
• Group items in image export.
• Arrange items with grainlines vertically in image export.
• Create new tools for quickly designing darts and sleeves.
• Switch XML output file format to JSON
• Implement user accounts, user file storage, and payment features (typical for all SaaS products).
• Integrate cloud monitoring features.
• Deploy the application to the cloud.
• Explore and implement conversion to WebAssembly (WASM).

Requirements:

• Non-negotiable proficiency in Qt 5.12, C++, and Qt Canvas.
• Previous experience in creating installers for diverse platforms (.msi, .deb, .dmg).
• Strong background in code migration and upgrading to newer versions (e.g., Qt6).
• Experience in GUI transformation from QtWidgets to QML.
• Familiarity with cloud integration and SaaS features.
• Knowledge of cloud deployment and monitoring.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a version-controlled environment (GitHub, Git Flow).
