Back-end Developer (Ruby on Rails & Golang)

About the Company:

Our partner is a rapidly growing company offering Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions specifically designed for Managed Service Providers (MSPs), Managed Security Service Providers (MSSPs), and their SMB and Mid-Market clients. Our solutions include Multi-factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign (SSO), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Elevated Access functionalities. We seek a talented and passionate Back-End Developer to join our team and play a key role in building and maintaining our secure and scalable platforms.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Ruby on Rails and Golang
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, design, security) to deliver high-quality and secure features
• Write clean, well-documented, and maintainable code
• Participate in code reviews and ensure high coding standards are met
• Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the IAM space
• Proactively identify and address potential issues and implement solutions
• Contribute to the overall technical vision and direction of the platform

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in back-end development
• Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and Golang
• Experience with building RESTful APIs
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL)
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) a plus
• Understanding of security best practices for web applications
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passion for building innovative and secure solutions
