Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Engineer with expertise in C#, .NET, and React to join our dynamic development team. As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining software solutions that span the entire application stack. The successful candidate will be a well-rounded engineer who is able to communicate and collaborate with customers (troubleshooting issues, providing estimates and feasibility of features and enhancements, escalating risks and issues) as well as directly handling both backend (C# .Net) changes, some minor front end (React) changes, and integrations (AWS Lambdas in C#). There will most likely be more C# work to be done than front-end related.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement server-side logic using C# and .NET, ensuring high performance, security, and scalability.
• Work on database design, optimization, and maintenance to support the application's data storage and retrieval needs.
• Design, develop, test, and deploy scalable and maintainable full-stack applications using C#, .NET, and React.
• Integrate third-party APIs and services to enhance application functionality.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs for seamless communication between the front-end and back-end components.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following established coding standards.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality software delivery.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices, and actively contribute ideas to improve the development process.

Must have:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Full Stack Engineer with proficiency in C#, .NET (+3.5 years), and React (+2 years).
• Strong understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server) and ORM frameworks.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design and integration.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to have:

• Experience with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Familiarity with AWS and AWS Lambdas in C#.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices.
• Understanding of security best practices in software development.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines.
