About the Role

We are searching for a talented and experienced Senior Backend Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale, high-performance backend systems. You will work closely with frontend engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver exceptional user experiences.

Must-Have

• 4 years of experience as a Senior Backend Engineer with a strong understanding of backend development principles
• Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable backend systems using Node.js
• Build and manage efficient databases using PostgreSQL and implement caching strategies with Redis
• Implement GraphQL APIs and well-structured RESTful APIs for efficient data access
• Mastery of the English language with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
• Experience working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment
• Passion for building innovative and scalable software solutions

Nice to Have

• Work with Kubernetes (K8s) for container orchestration and deployment
• Leverage AWS cloud services to deploy and manage backend infrastructure
• Streamline the development and deployment process using Skaffold
• Utilize Fastify for high-performance web application development
