We are currently seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in API development and integrations and have experience working with RPA solutions. As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining APIs and integrations that enable seamless communication between different software applications. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all APIs and integrations meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

The successful candidate should have a proven track record of delivering high-quality, scalable, and reliable software solutions. They should be passionate about building software, and have a deep understanding of software development best practices. In addition, they should have experience working in an Agile development environment, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain APIs and integrations that enable seamless communication between different software applications.

- Ensure that all APIs and integrations meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

- Collaborate with other members of the development team to ensure that all software solutions are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest software development trends, technologies, and best practices.

- Mentor and coach other members of the development team, and lead by example.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

- At least 7 years of experience in software development.

• Strong experience with Python / Django

- Expertise in API development and integrations.

- Experience working with RPA solutions. (UI Path, Python RPA, Power Automate)

- Strong understanding of software development best practices, including Agile development methodologies.

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
