Principal Software Engineer

We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Software Engineer to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and implementation of large-scale software applications. You will leverage your deep expertise in various programming languages and software development methodologies to drive technical excellence across our organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement complex software solutions using a variety of programming languages, including:.NET
• Java
• Python
• JavaScript
• Lead the architecture design process, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability of our software systems.
• Champion the adoption of best practices in software development, including CI/CD pipelines and code reviews.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical growth within the team.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in software development technologies and trends.
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA engineers.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance on complex projects.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software issues with a high degree of autonomy and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in software development.
• Proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying large-scale software applications.
• Expertise in at least three of the following programming languages: .NET, Java, Python, JavaScript
• Strong understanding of software design principles and best practices.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps methodologies.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to mentor and guide junior engineers.
• Passion for building innovative and high-quality software solutions.

Bonus points:

• Experience in cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Experience with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience in a specific technical domain relevant to our industry.
