We are seeking an experienced Product Developer with a strong background in senior-level software development to join our team. As a seasoned developer, you will leverage your expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript on both front-end and back-end technologies to drive product decisions. In this role, you'll focus on identifying best practices from various projects and stacks, integrating them into our processes, and ensuring seamless delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, product management) to define product requirements and technical specifications
• Utilize your senior-level development expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript to inform architecture decisions and drive implementation
• Analyze existing projects and technologies to identify best practices that can be applied across our platform
• Integrate new processes into our workflow, streamlining delivery while maintaining high-quality standards
• Work closely with product management to prioritize features, estimate efforts, and communicate project status
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on JavaScript/TypeScript development

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in software development (senior-level expertise required)
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript on both front-end and back-end technologies
• At least a year's experience working under product management, with a deep understanding of Agile methodologies
• Proven track record of integrating new processes into existing workflows without disrupting delivery timelines
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex technical issues and provide sound solutions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills (written and verbal)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

Nice to Have:

• Experience working on multiple projects simultaneously, managing competing priorities, and delivering under tight deadlines
• Familiarity with popular front-end frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular) and back-end technologies (e.g., Node.js, Express)
• Knowledge of cloud-based platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) or containerization solutions (Docker)
