Job Title: QA Automation Engineer

Overview

We are seeking a skilled QA Automation Engineer to identify and resolve bugs across our ReactNative applications on iOS and Android, as well as our web app hosted on Vercel and AWS. In this role, you will develop and maintain automated testing frameworks to ensure comprehensive test coverage and smooth integration into our DevOps pipeline, driving high-quality product releases.

Key Responsibilities

Bug Diagnosis & Resolution

• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve issues in ReactNative apps on iOS/Android and web applications on Vercel/AWS.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify root causes of issues and implement preventive measures.

Automation & DevOps Integration

• Develop, implement, and maintain automated end-to-end and unit tests.
• Integrate comprehensive testing protocols into the CI/CD pipeline for robust and reliable deployments.

Customer-Facing Support

• Provide technical support to customers via Intercom, ensuring timely resolution of inquiries and issues.
• Document recurring issues and collaborate with the product team to enhance the user experience.

Quality Assurance Strategy

• Design and enforce a measurable, results-driven QA strategy that aligns with our development goals.
• Report on testing outcomes and quality metrics, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in QA automation engineering.
• Strong background in debugging across tech stacks, especially in ReactNative, Vercel, and AWS.
• Proven expertise in integrating automated testing within DevOps workflows.
• Experience with customer support tools like Intercom is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, with an ability to work collaboratively and independently.
