Platform Operations IT Recruiter – Latin America

Location: Remote (Guadalajara, Mexico-based candidates only)

Position Type: Full-time (Flexible contract, rapid advancement potential based on performance)

Overview: TeamStation AI is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Platform Operations IT Recruiter to source top IT talent from Latin America, aligning them with the unique needs of our U.S.-based platform clients. You will leverage both our internal systems and creative digital marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, GitHub, and Dev.to to attract high-caliber candidates. This role is performance-based, focusing on sourcing, screening, and delivering top talent that contributes to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment:

  • Source top software engineering talent across Latin America using our proprietary systems and processes, LinkedIn, GitHub, Dev.to, and other IT-focused media platforms.
  • Execute creative recruitment marketing campaigns targeting top Latin American talent to meet client needs.
  • Engage and nurture relationships with passive and active candidates, building a steady pipeline of high-quality talent.

Technical Screening:

  • Conduct technical screenings and initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications. Record interviews for client review and AI transcript analysis (Add data to TS platform)
  • Work closely with platform clients to understand their unique requirements and deliver candidates who are technically aligned. Coordinate with Client and Candidate interviews and calendaring.

Candidate Management & Reporting:

    • Manage the recruitment pipeline from sourcing to placement, ensuring timely delivery and placement of candidates.
    • Use platform analytics tools to report on pipeline health, including time-to-hire, candidate quality, and client feedback.

Collaboration & Communication:

    • Collaborate with TeamStation AI's Technology team, Head of Staff, and COO to align recruiting strategies with operational needs.
    • Maintain regular communication with the Operations Lead, Head of Platform, and Head of AI, especially during the maternity leave of the Operations Lead.

Performance Metrics:

  • Time to Hire: Maintain competitive sourcing timelines based on role complexity and talent availability (as outlined in internal guides- platform estimates​).
  • Quality of Hires: Percentage of sourced candidates progressing through technical screens and client interviews.
  • Pipeline Efficiency: Ratio of sourced candidates to placed hires, tracking the health of recruitment pipelines.
  • Revenue Impact: Contribution to revenue via successful placements with U.S.-based clients.
  • Client Satisfaction: Measured through feedback on the quality and alignment of hired candidates with client expectations.

  • Rapid Growth Potential: Advancement opportunities are directly linked to recruitment performance, with quarterly reviews based on metrics including time-to-hire, quality of placements, and revenue contribution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT recruitment, especially in sourcing software engineers.
  • Familiarity with Latin American IT talent markets and experience in managing remote recruitment processes.
  • Strong understanding of technical screening processes, with the ability to conduct and evaluate software engineering assessments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Spanish.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-paced, results-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to track multiple recruitment campaigns and candidates simultaneously.

Location: This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in the Guadalajara region. In-person meetups will be required as needed by the team.
