We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Certified Architect to join our dynamic IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing scalable Salesforce solutions tailored to the business needs of our clients. As a Salesforce Certified Architect, you will play a pivotal role in crafting technical architectures, ensuring best practices are followed, and driving successful outcomes for Salesforce projects. Your in-depth knowledge of Salesforce's architecture and capabilities will help guide the team to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Architecture Design: Design and implement high-performing, scalable, and secure Salesforce architectures. Ensure the platform supports both business and technical requirements, considering factors like scalability, security, and performance.
- Solution Development: Oversee the end-to-end development of Salesforce solutions, including customizations, third-party integrations, and data migrations.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a subject matter expert for Salesforce architecture, providing technical leadership and guidance to the development team. Ensure best practices in coding, configuration, and system integrations are followed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business stakeholders, product managers, and other technical teams to gather requirements, define solutions, and align Salesforce architecture with overall business strategy.
- Integration & Data Management: Design robust Salesforce integrations with other business-critical systems, ensuring seamless data flow and synchronization. Implement best practices for data governance, quality, and security.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure that Salesforce solutions comply with relevant data privacy regulations, security standards, and company policies.
- Training & Documentation: Provide mentoring and training to junior developers and administrators. Document architecture designs, configurations, and implementation processes to ensure easy scalability and maintenance.
- Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize Salesforce environments for performance, stability, and future growth.
Qualifications
- Salesforce Certifications: Required Salesforce Architect certifications such as:
- Salesforce Certified Application Architect
- Salesforce Certified System Architect
- Salesforce Technical Architect (desired)
- Experience: Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience working with Salesforce platforms, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and other Salesforce products.
- Technical Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of Salesforce architecture and product offerings.
- Experience with Salesforce configuration and custom development using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.
- Proficiency in designing data models, system integration (using REST/SOAP APIs), and data migration techniques.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD processes, Salesforce DevOps, and version control systems.
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to solve complex problems related to Salesforce architecture, including integrations, data modeling, and custom development.
- Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly language.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize effectively, and deliver within deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud, etc.).
- Experience with enterprise-level integration patterns using tools like MuleSoft or other middleware solutions.
- Experience working in Agile environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
