Summary

We are seeking a talented, self motivated, and documentation/process oriented Architect to help drive the continued growth of delivery practice within Salesforce Sales, Service, Marketing, and Commerce Cloud as well as play a double roll as our Boomi/Integration Architect. This person would be a foundational hire to help us define our ways of working for new and existing clients as well as help define the standards forward. This will be a player/coach role where hands on work will still be needed until the team is further built out.

Job Functions

• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Commerce Cloud Architecture Development
• Business Requirements Development and Solution Architecture Development
• Process and Standards Definition on our Existing and Net-New Project approach including Managed Services Capability
• Team Guidance and Support on Best Practices
• Development of Options and Recommendations for Client Challenges/Gaps/Requests
• Development of Process and Standards for our Internal Function to delivery high value to our clients in a standardized way
• Mentoring and Development of Salesforce and Boomi Teams
• Helping with Hiring, Onboarding, and Training Salesforce and Boomi Staff as additions occur
• Client Facing Role with focus on value creation
• Collaboration with Other Developers and Team Members
