🐍 Senior Python Developer – Building Scalable AI-Driven Solutions!

📍 Location: Latin America | 🌎 Remote

We’re hiring a Senior Python Developer to work on game-changing solutions for the AI-driven property management industry. You’ll work directly with the Director of Engineering and CTO, shaping a cutting-edge platform that streamlines workflows, automates tasks, and enhances operational efficiency for property management teams.

🚀 What You’ll Do

• Architect, develop, and optimize backend systems using Python and modern frameworks.
• Design and implement scalable REST APIs for seamless data exchange.
• Optimize ORMs and database queries for top-tier performance.
• Work with containers like Docker and Kubernetes to ensure smooth deployment.
• Implement event-driven architectures with queueing systems like Celery or RabbitMQ.
• Collaborate with frontend and DevOps teams to build a robust, highly available platform.
• Drive best practices in SDLC, Agile methodologies, and code quality.

• Languages & Frameworks: Python, FastAPI, Django, Flask
• Databases: PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB
• Caching & Queuing: Redis, Celery, RabbitMQ

📌 What We Need

• 5+ years of professional Python development experience.
• Deep understanding of MVC, OOD patterns, and best coding practices.
• Experience with FastAPI, RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Strong background in relational and NoSQL databases.
• Hands-on experience with caching, queueing systems, and data lakes.
• Excellent communication skills and a team-player mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for clean, maintainable code.
