Senior DevOps Engineer

As a Senior DevOps Engineer with a TeamStation AI partner, you'll be the wizard behind the curtain, making sure everything runs smoothly, securely, and at lightning speed. We're talking about automating operations and streamlining processes, all while making sure our platform is as robust as a fortress. What You’ll Do
- Architect, design, and deploy highly available, scalable, and secure infrastructure using AWS and Kubernetes.
- Mastermind and fine-tune CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Azure DevOps.
- Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) with tools like Terraform, ArgoCD, and Helm.
- Oversee all things Kubernetes, from networking and upgrades to security implementations and troubleshooting, because someone has to keep the containers in line!
- Become a trusted guru for AWS services, including RDS (PostgreSQL), S3, ElastiCache, VPCs, EC2, IAM, and Route53.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to containerize applications and integrate deployment workflows, all while probably making a few tech-related memes.

- Databases: RDS (PostgreSQL)
- Monitoring & Automation: Python scripting
- Networking & DNS: VPCs, Route53
- Other AWS Services: S3, ElastiCache, EC2, IAM
Requirements (What We Need)
- 5+ years of experience in a DevOps, Site Reliability Engineer, or similar role.
- Strong expertise with GitLab CI and Azure DevOps.
- Proficiency in IaC with Terraform, ArgoCD, and Helm.
- In-depth experience managing Kubernetes clusters, including upgrades, networking, and integration with IaC.
- Proven administrative experience with AWS, especially with RDS (PostgreSQL), S3, ElastiCache, VPCs, Route53, IAM, and EC2.
- Hands-on development or scripting skills in Python (junior level or above).
- Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively across distributed teams.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!)
- Familiarity with GitHub Actions and Jenkins for CI/CD.
- Experience with Flux as an alternative GitOps solution.
- Experience implementing Kubernetes IaC from scratch, on-prem deployments, or AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service).
- Exposure to SQS and Lambda in AWS.
- Experience in Dockerizing and containerizing legacy systems or infrastructures.
- Ability to explain complex tech to non-tech folks (your grandma will be proud).
