Where do we come from? We are seeking visionaries, innovators, and problem solvers who thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments. If you’re passionate about AI, technology, and solving critical challenges, we want to hear from you. Come be part of a team where your ideas can drive the future.
Ever wondered what happens when a design guru and a coding wizard have a brilliant offspring? You get a Design Engineer! This isn't just a role; it's a sweet spot where product design meets front-end development, and you, our hybrid hero, will be at the heart of it. We're an AI-powered partner with TeamStation, dedicated to improving business performance by automating and streamlining operations in the real estate industry. We're seeking someone who can turn complex workflows into intuitive, powerful tools that bring clarity and joy to our users.
What You’ll Do (Role-Specific)
- Be a Bridge Builder: Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define problems, shape strategy, and translate brilliant ideas into user-centered solutions.
- Design Dynamo: Craft end-to-end product designs in Figma, from wireframes and flows to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes, across both web and mobile platforms.
- System Architect: Contribute to and evolve our shared design system, ensuring visual consistency, accessibility, and scalable component usage.
- Code Conjurer: Translate design specs into performant, accessible front-end code using React or React Native, working closely with engineers to ensure fidelity and feasibility.
- User Advocate: Leverage research, analytics, and usability testing to validate decisions and refine experiences based on real user behavior.
- Innovation Enthusiast: Utilize modern tools, including AI-assisted design and development workflows, to accelerate delivery without compromising quality.
Tech Stack & Tools (Get Your Geek On!)
- Front-End Frameworks: React, React Native
- Design & Prototyping: Figma (Seriously, you'll be an expert here!)
- Language: TypeScript
- Styling: Modern CSS (CSS-in-JS or utility-first)
- Version Control: You know the drill, probably Git!
- Accessibility Standards: WCAG, ARIA
Requirements (What We Need)
- 5+ years of experience spanning both product design and front-end engineering, ideally in a SaaS environment.
- A portfolio that screams "I can design AND build!" showcasing end-to-end design (web/mobile) and production-ready front-end implementations.
- Expert-level Figma skills, including component libraries, design tokens, auto-layout, prototyping, and seamless engineering handoff workflows.
- Proficiency in front-end tech: React, React Native, TypeScript, modern CSS, responsive layouts, and accessibility standards.
- A solid understanding of design systems – you've built, maintained, or evolved scalable shared libraries or UI kits across platforms.
- Strong UX fundamentals: user flows, prototyping, usability testing, and data-informed iteration are your jam.
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills; you're comfortable advocating for both user needs and technical feasibility across product, design, and engineering teams.
Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!)
- Experience with AI-assisted design and development workflows.
- A passion for the real estate industry (or at least a curiosity to learn!).
- You can explain complex technical concepts to your grandma (and she'd actually understand!).
- A history of contributing to open-source projects or side gigs that showcase your creativity.
What’s in It for You? (Perks & Benefits)
- Competitive Compensation (Because your brilliance deserves to be rewarded!).
- Fully Remote Work (Anywhere in LATAM – your pajamas are now business casual!).
- Work on Exciting, Real-World Projects within the real estate industry (No boring tasks here!).
