Then we, a TeamStation AI partner in the financial services industry, are looking for you! We're searching for a brilliant Business Systems Analyst to join our team and help us build amazing internal software.

What You’ll Do (Role-Specific)

• Be the Sherlock Holmes of requirements: Gather, document, validate, and clarify requirements for internal software development projects, ensuring no stone is left unturned.
• Team up with the best: Collaborate with research and software development teams to understand firm-wide needs and priorities, and validate non-functional requirements.
• Master of communication: Translate conceptual requirements into clear, functional specifications, diagrams, and mock-ups that our developers will love.
• Process whisperer: Document key process flows, pinpoint inefficiencies, and unearth opportunities for improvement.
• Quality guardian: Ensure top-notch product quality and functionality through thorough user acceptance testing.
• Knowledge sharer: Work with our Technology Adoption Analyst to craft end-user documentation and training materials.

Tech Stack & Tools

• Collaboration & Project Management: Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps Services
• Data Visualization (Bonus!): Power BI

Requirements (What We Need)

• A degree in business administration, finance, or information systems.
• 3+ years of experience in the wild world of business and technical requirements analysis, elicitation, modeling, and verification.
• Proven ability to exercise independent judgment and take action (we like go-getters!).
• Excellent analytical, mathematical, and creative problem-solving skills – you're a human calculator with a creative spark.
• Superb listening, interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills – basically, you're a communication ninja.
• Highly self-motivated and directed, because we trust you to get things done.
• Ability to juggle tasks like a pro and thrive under pressure.
• A strong customer service orientation (we love our users!).
• Experience collaborating in a team-oriented environment.

• Experience with AI/ML concepts (we’re an AI partner, after all!).
• Open-source contributions – show us your coding cred!
