What You’ll Do (Role-Specific)

• Architect, design, and deploy high-performance applications that leverage AI services and features in modern apps, while also learning from legacy systems.
• Develop and maintain full-stack solutions using Python, ReactJS, SQL Server, and AWS technologies, ensuring smooth operation and reliable uptime.
• Engineer well-performing prompts for Large Language Model (LLM)-based systems, becoming a true AI whisperer.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, contributing ideas, research, and knowledge to drive innovation.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-tested code, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure solution quality and reliability.
• Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with industry best practices, trends, and compliance requirements, all while delivering exceptional results.

Tech Stack & Tools

• Backend Development: Python , leveraging architectural and design patterns , asynchronous and concurrency patterns , and Dependency Injection.
• APIs: REST APIs, OpenAPI, Swagger.
• Frontend Development: ReactJS , TypeScript , Next.js , with strong knowledge of state management techniques and frameworks.
• Databases: SQL Server , Postgres.
• Cloud Platform: AWS.
• Testing Frameworks: Jest, React Testing Library, Playwright, Pytest.
• Version Control: Git.
• AI/ML: Experience with building systems utilizing LLMs and Generative AI, including prompt engineering and optimization.

Requirements (What We Need)

• A Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of experience in Python-based backend development.
• 3+ years of experience in web development with a focus on React and TypeScript.
• Proven experience with building systems utilizing LLMs and Generative AI, including prompt engineering and optimizing AI-generated output.
• Strong knowledge of software development best practices and design patterns.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and working in a collaborative team environment.
• Proficiency with team development, source control (Git), and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) best practices.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Fluent in English and able to communicate effectively across distributed teams.

Nice-to-Have (Bonus Points!)

• Experience with map API services like Google Maps or MapBox.
• A passion for continuously learning new technologies, tools, and systems.
• The ability to explain complex technical concepts in a way that even your non-tech-savvy friends (or grandma) would understand!
