Manual QA Engineer

Location: European Union Remote

What You’ll Do

• Become the guardian of quality, meticulously hunting down bugs before they ever see the light of day.
• Translate product requirements into battle-tested manual test cases that guarantee a flawless user experience.
• Perform a variety of tests—from functional and regression to exploratory and UI/UX—to ensure every corner of the application is polished to perfection.
• Work closely with developers and product managers in an Agile environment, not just to find problems, but to help build better solutions from the ground up.
• Document every discovered bug with the precision of a seasoned detective, ensuring a clear path to resolution.

Tech Stack & Tools

• Test Management:
  TestRail,Jira with Zephyr Scale,Confluence.
• Web Technologies:
  HTML,JavaScript,CSS.
• Database:
  SQL.
• API Testing (Bonus):
  Postman.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in manual QA testing.
• Deep understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Ability to create and execute detailed test plans and test cases.
• Proficiency in bug tracking and management tools, such as Jira.
• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have

• Experience with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Cypress).
• A basic understanding of performance and security testing.
• Familiarity with accessibility and usability testing principles.
• A portfolio of successful bug-squashing stories you can tell with pride.
• The ability to explain complex technical issues to a non-technical audience without resorting to interpretive dance.
