Senior UI/UX Designer
Location: Latin America Remote
Ready to turn complex problems into elegant, user-friendly solutions? We’re looking for a seasoned design wizard to join an innovative TeamStation AI partner. This isn’t about just making things look pretty; it's about owning the entire design journey, from the first scribble on a digital whiteboard to the final, polished product. If you live and breathe user experience, have a knack for visual storytelling, and can juggle pixels with the best of them, let's talk.
What You'll Do
- Lead the entire design process, from initial research and discovery to creating stunning, high-fidelity interfaces that users will love.
- Architect user flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes that transform complex ideas into intuitive digital experiences.
- Build and maintain scalable design systems using Figma, ensuring consistency and efficiency across all projects.
- Flex your graphic design muscles to create compelling visual assets, layouts, and brand-aligned illustrations for digital products and marketing materials.
- Collaborate with developers, project managers, and clients in a fast-paced, remote environment, turning ideas into reality.
Tech Stack & Tools
- Design & Prototyping: Figma, Miro
- Creative Suite: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign
- Collaboration: Slack, Jira, Confluence
Requirements (What We Need)
- 10+ years of experience in UI/UX design with a killer portfolio that showcases both your product design chops and your graphic design talent.
- Mastery of Figma and a solid understanding of the entire Adobe Creative Suite.
- Deep expertise in visual design principles, including typography, color theory, and layout, with a keen eye for detail.
- A strong foundation in UX best practices, responsive design, and accessibility standards.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken, to communicate seamlessly with our distributed teams and clients.
- Must be a resident of Latin America (LATAM).
