Building the AI Operating System for the Physical Advertising World
Department: Product
Location: LATAM Remote
Reports To: Head of Product / Product Leadership
Employment Type: Full-Time Contractor through TeamStation AI Partner Network
Our TeamStation AI partner is transforming the future of Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising by bringing the intelligence, automation, and measurement capabilities of digital advertising into the physical world.
The company is building next-generation AI-powered products that help brands, agencies, and media operators understand audiences, optimize campaigns, measure impact, and make smarter decisions using massive datasets, geospatial intelligence, machine learning, and automation.
This is not traditional advertising technology.
This is the convergence of:
- AI and machine learning
- Geospatial data
- Programmatic advertising
- Audience intelligence
- Marketing analytics
- Enterprise SaaS platforms
- Automated decision systems
We are looking for an AI Product Manager who understands that building AI products is different from building traditional software. AI systems require experimentation, evaluation frameworks, data quality discipline, and constant optimization.
You will help turn complex AI capabilities into products that create measurable business outcomes.
The AI Product Manager owns the lifecycle of AI-powered products from discovery through production deployment and continuous improvement.
This person will work across Engineering, Data Science, Design, Client Services, and Business teams to define product strategy, prioritize AI capabilities, manage delivery, and ensure AI solutions create measurable value.
The ideal candidate comes from an AdTech, MarTech, Data Platform, Analytics, or AI SaaS environment and understands how data, models, users, and business outcomes connect.
You are not a project coordinator.
You are the person responsible for making sure AI products move from idea to production.
The AI Product Manager owns the success of partner's AI-powered products, connecting customer needs, engineering execution, and AI capabilities to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role is first and foremost a Product Management position. You will define product direction, prioritize initiatives, work closely with engineering, and ensure AI-powered features solve real customer problems. Unlike traditional software products, AI products require continuous evaluation, experimentation, and refinement.
You do not need to be an AI engineer, but you must understand how AI products work, how they fail, and how to collaborate with technical teams to continuously improve them.
Own AI Product Strategy
- Define and manage the roadmap for AI-powered products and capabilities.
- Translate customer and business needs into product initiatives.
- Prioritize work based on customer value, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Balance customer needs, engineering constraints, and product strategy.
- Partner with Product Leadership to define product priorities and long-term vision.
Lead Product Delivery
Own the product lifecycle from discovery through continuous improvement by:
- Gathering requirements.
- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritizing the product backlog.
- Coordinating with engineering throughout delivery.
- Monitoring adoption after release.
- Driving continuous product improvements.
Own AI Product Quality
AI products continuously evolve after launch.
You will:
- Investigate customer-reported AI issues.
- Analyze prompts, responses, and product behavior.
- Partner with engineering to identify root causes.
- Help determine product improvements.
- Communicate effectively with customers during issue resolution.
- Turn production learnings into future product enhancements.
Bridge Customers and Engineering
Approximately half of your time will be spent working directly with customers and stakeholders to understand their needs, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
The remainder of your time will be spent collaborating with engineering by:
- Prioritizing work.
- Refining requirements.
- Running Product ceremonies.
- Building tickets.
- Supporting successful product delivery.
You should be comfortable translating business problems into technical discussions and technical concepts into customer-friendly language.
Work with AI-Powered Products
You should understand how modern AI products operate, including concepts such as:
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- AI Assistants
- AI Agents
- Prompt-based workflows
- AI-generated recommendations
- Model limitations
- AI troubleshooting
You are not expected to build machine learning models, but you should understand how AI-powered products behave and how AI capabilities translate into customer value.
Must Have
- 5+ years of Product Management experience.
- Proven experience owning software products throughout their lifecycle.
- Experience defining roadmaps, prioritizing backlogs, and writing product requirements.
- Strong experience working with engineering teams.
- Experience communicating directly with customers and business stakeholders.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and product judgment.
AI Product Experience
Candidates should demonstrate practical experience working with AI-powered products.
This may include experience involving:
- AI Assistants
- AI-powered SaaS products
- LLM-based applications
- AI Agents
- Intelligent automation
- Machine Learning-enabled products
Candidates should understand:
- How AI systems generate responses.
- The strengths and limitations of AI.
- How AI failures are investigated.
- How AI capabilities translate into business value.
Hands-on model development is not required, but candidates should be comfortable discussing AI concepts with engineering teams and making informed product decisions.
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is considered a strong advantage:
- AdTech
- MarTech
- Media Technology
- Analytics Platforms
- Enterprise SaaS
- Geospatial Intelligence
- Audience Intelligence
- Out-of-Home Advertising (OOH)
We are looking for someone who:
- Thinks like a product owner.
- Makes sound decisions with incomplete information.
- Balances customer needs with technical constraints.
- Communicates effectively across technical and business teams.
- Takes ownership of product outcomes.
- Learns quickly in a rapidly evolving AI landscape.
- Focuses on solving customer problems rather than simply shipping features.
Success in this role means:
- AI product initiatives move efficiently from concept to production.
- Customers successfully adopt AI capabilities.
- AI-related issues are investigated and resolved effectively.
- Engineering teams receive clear, actionable product direction.
- AI products continuously improve based on customer feedback and production insights.
- Business outcomes—not just feature delivery—drive product success.
Strong candidates may come from companies such as:
- AdTech platforms
- Marketing technology companies
- Data analytics companies
- SaaS companies
- AI startups
- Digital agencies with technology platforms
- Enterprise software companies
Target markets:
- Brazil

Competitive LATAM market compensation based on experience.
