Systems Operator [Talent Acquisition] — Agentic AI Hiring

TeamStation AI • Full-time • Remote (Mexico / LATAM)

Why this role exists

AI is already changing recruiting.

You will learn how agentic systems work in real environments.

You will operate them, guide them, and make the final call.

You become the human node in the loop.

What this role actually is

This is not traditional recruiting.

You are operating a system that:

• Finds engineering talent
• Evaluates how they think
• Aligns them to real engineering teams in the United States

Your job is to understand the system, validate the signal, and match the right people to the right environments.

What you’ll do

• Source high-quality engineers across LATAM
• Run structured interviews focused on thinking, not memorization
• Identify real signal vs noise (AI answers, weak experience, surface-level knowledge)
• Align candidates to the right engineering teams based on skill, mindset, and system fit
• Work inside the TeamStation AI platform to track and validate every step
• Partner with engineering leaders and platform teams
• Contribute feedback to improve how the system evaluates talent
• Ensure candidates are ready to operate inside real production teams

Core skill sets

• 3+ years in IT recruiting or technical sourcing
• Strong understanding of software engineering roles (backend, frontend, distributed systems)
• Ability to run real interviews and assess technical thinking
• Clear understanding of how engineering teams are structured and operate
• Strong communication in English

Critical abilities (this matters most)

• You understand how systems are built at a high level
• You can map roles inside an engineering team (who does what and why)
• You can match a candidate to the right system, not just the job title
• You can spot real ability vs coached or AI-assisted answers
• You are comfortable working with AI tools and structured workflows
• You think in terms of signal, not volume

• Keyword search only recruiters
• Scripted interviewers
• High volume, low quality mindset

• People who care about getting it right
• People who want to learn how modern systems actually work

Nice to have

• Experience hiring engineers in LATAM
• Exposure to system design concepts
• Experience working with AI tools or automation
• Experience improving recruiting or evaluation processes
