D365 Security Consultant and Administrator

Position Overview

TeamStation AI is supporting a major global footwear and retail organization during a large scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations expansion across Europe.

We are seeking a senior D365 Security Consultant and Administrator to support enterprise security design, user access governance, segregation of duties controls, and deployment stabilization across 14 European legal entities.

Core Responsibilities

D365 Security Design

• Design and maintain D365 security roles, duties, and privileges

• Create custom roles aligned to business functions and operational workflows

• Configure role based access control within D365 Finance and Operations

• Support legal entity restrictions and organizational access controls

User Access Management

• Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning

• Assign user access based on job responsibilities and business needs

• Support Azure AD and Entra ID integration

• Maintain role catalogs, access matrices, and security documentation

Segregation of Duties and Compliance

• Build and maintain segregation of duties rules and conflict matrices

• Perform SoD analysis using tools such as Fastpath

• Support audit readiness, compliance reporting, and access reviews

• Ensure sensitive finance processes have proper access separation

Testing and Go Live Support

• Support security testing during UAT cycles

• Validate access against business processes and test scenarios

• Troubleshoot access issues during deployment and post go live stabilization

• Work with functional teams, developers, audit teams, and business stakeholders

Required Experience

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations security

• Deep understanding of D365 roles, duties, and privileges

• Experience with Azure AD or Entra ID

• Experience designing enterprise RBAC security models

• Strong understanding of finance, supply chain, and operational workflows

• Experience with segregation of duties, compliance, and audit controls

Preferred Experience

• Experience supporting global or multi legal entity D365 deployments

• Experience with EMEA go live programs

• Experience with Fastpath or similar governance tools

• Experience working with enterprise audit and compliance teams
