Join a TeamStation AI partner operating at the intersection of real estate intelligence, geospatial systems, scalable search infrastructure, and high-volume data platforms.
We’re looking for a Senior Platform Engineer who thrives in complex backend environments, enjoys solving distributed systems challenges, and can contribute across multiple evolving platforms without losing focus on reliability, scalability, and engineering quality.
This is not a narrow feature-factory role.
You’ll work closely with engineering leadership, architects, and product teams to improve platform capabilities, modernize services, troubleshoot production issues, and help scale systems powering large real estate and property intelligence datasets.

What You’ll Do
- Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using modern engineering practices.
- Contribute to distributed systems and platform-level architecture initiatives.
- Help evolve search and data platforms using OpenSearch and modern backend technologies.
- Troubleshoot complex production issues across APIs, services, search infrastructure, and data pipelines.
- Participate in modernization efforts involving legacy and modern application ecosystems.
- Improve system reliability, scalability, observability, and operational stability.
- Collaborate with architects, product teams, and engineering leadership on technical strategy and implementation.
- Support application build, release, and deployment workflows as part of the engineering lifecycle.
- Contribute to technical design discussions, architectural reviews, and engineering best practices.
- Work across multiple systems and projects while maintaining strong communication and ownership.

- Observability and troubleshooting experience
- AI-assisted engineering workflows
- 7+ years of experience building and supporting backend or platform systems.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, and backend application architecture.
- Experience designing or supporting scalable distributed systems.
- Strong debugging and production troubleshooting capability.
- Experience working with APIs, data-intensive applications, and service-oriented architectures.
- Experience with SQL and performance optimization.
- Exposure to OpenSearch, Elasticsearch, or similar search technologies.
- Experience operating within cloud-based environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving priorities.
- Experience with geospatial platforms or spatial search systems.
- Exposure to PostgreSQL/PostGIS.
- Familiarity with platform modernization initiatives.
- Experience supporting production-critical enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with build/release engineering workflows.
- Experience mentoring engineers or contributing to architectural leadership.
- Strong curiosity around AI-assisted engineering workflows and modern development tooling.
