A TeamStation AI partner in the out-of-home advertising technology industry is looking for a DevOps Engineer to strengthen its cloud platform, improve delivery pipelines, and keep production systems reliable as the business grows.
You’ll work alongside engineering and product teams on infrastructure that supports real-world applications at scale. The goal is straightforward: automate what should be automated, improve what can be improved, and keep production surprises pleasantly rare.
What You’ll Do
- Maintain and evolve the organization’s cloud infrastructure with a focus on long-term reliability, security, and scalability.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines and build automation that makes deployments faster, safer, and more predictable.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and cloud engineers to design services, estimate work, and deliver new platform capabilities.
- Monitor production environments, analyze operational data, identify risks, and recommend practical performance improvements.
- Design DevOps solutions, reference architectures, effort estimates, and cost-conscious implementation plans.
- Maintain technical documentation, contribute to project planning, share knowledge, pair with teammates, and mentor junior engineers when needed.

What You Bring
- Four or more years of relevant experience working with AWS infrastructure and services.
- Practical experience with GitOps principles and Argo CD-based declarative deployments.
- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and production application maintenance.
- Experience with containerization or orchestration technologies such as Docker Compose, Amazon ECS, or Kubernetes.
- Network administration experience covering VPCs, subnets, route tables, gateways, and VPNs.
- Experience configuring and managing SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Working knowledge of logging, monitoring, alerting, and observability platforms.
- Experience using AI-assisted development or operations tools, including coding assistants, AI-supported observability, or automated remediation.
- A bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field—or equivalent practical experience.
- Professional English communication skills, including the ability to explain technical information to clients and distributed teams.
What’s in It for You
- Competitive compensation.
- Fully remote work from Latin America.
- Opportunities for professional development, mentorship, and continued technical learning.
- Hands-on work with modern cloud infrastructure and production systems.
- Collaboration with experienced engineering and product professionals.
- Meaningful projects in advertising technology, where software and infrastructure connect digital intelligence with the physical world.
