We're looking for a seasoned software engineer to join our team and become a champion of productivity. You'll be playing a pivotal role in developing and maintaining game-changing plugins and integrations for Jira and Trello, helping teams across our organization reach new heights of efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality plugins and integrations for Jira and Trello, focusing on enhancing communication, workflow automation, and data visualization.
• Deepen your expertise in Atlassian Connect APIs and frameworks, building robust and secure connections between our applications and these platforms.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to understand user needs, translate them into technical solutions, and iterate on plugin functionality.
• Own the entire development lifecycle of your assigned plugins, from concept to deployment and ongoing maintenance.
• Advocate for best practices in code quality, testability, and documentation.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to junior engineers.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the Atlassian ecosystem and beyond.

Must have:

• Proficiency working with React Native.
• Experience developing modules for Jira and/or Trello ecosystem (preferably with Atlassian) specially making integrations. This experience is required as coder (not as an end-user).
• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer, with a strong preference for experience in developing web applications or plugins.
• Proven expertise in at least one programming language (Java, JavaScript, Python or Typescript).
• In-depth knowledge of Atlassian Connect and API development best practices.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React, Angular).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
• Passion for user experience and a keen eye for detail.
• Proactive problem-solving skills and a genuine desire to make a difference.

Nice to have:

• Experience with Jira and Trello as an end user.
• Knowledge of other Atlassian applications (e.g., Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Experience with cloud-based development platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud).
