Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI systems utilizing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Leverage your Python expertise to build and implement solutions using FastAPI and other relevant frameworks.
• Integrate developed AI models with our core platform built on the Azure cloud platform.
• Continuously monitor and evaluate model performance, making adjustments to improve accuracy and efficiency.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in RAG and other relevant AI fields.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to ensure seamless integration of AI solutions.
• Document code and processes clearly and concisely for future reference.

Must-Have Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience working as a Python developer.
• 3+ years of experience developing software solutions on the Azure cloud platform, including expertise with FastAPI.
• Proven experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques is a must.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Azure Developer Certification.
• Experience building large-scale AI pipelines.
• Familiarity with web scraping techniques for data gathering.
• Experience working in the recruitment or human resources industry.
