Delivering OOH managed services globally, helping advertisers and agencies strengthen media performance through our patented analytics and measurement platform. Candidates without prior experience in media, advertising, AdTech, media agencies, media owners, or closely related industries are unlikely to be successful in this role due to the specialized nature of the products and customer workflows.
Role Summary
The Lead Product Manager will own the strategy, execution, and evolution of our media planning and execution platform, partnering closely with media teams, engineering, data science, client services, and executive leadership. This role requires a deep understanding of the advertising and media ecosystem, particularly media planning, campaign execution, and AdTech workflows to translate business and customer needs into scalable product solutions. Success in this role depends on the ability to act as the bridge between media stakeholders and engineering teams, converting industry-specific challenges into clear product direction and technical execution. Project management is an outcome of strong product leadership, not the primary responsibility.
Required Industry Experience
- 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering software products.
- Demonstrated experience in the advertising, media, AdTech, MarTech, media agency, media owner, digital commerce, or related industries.
- Strong understanding of media planning, campaign execution, audience targeting, measurement, attribution, and advertising workflows.
- Experience working directly with media planners, buyers, campaign managers, or similar customer groups.
- Proven ability to translate media and business requirements into technical product requirements.
- Experience partnering closely with Engineering, Data Science, and Design teams to deliver customer-facing products.
Responsabilities
● Serve as the primary translator between media stakeholders and engineering teams, ensuring customer workflows, terminology, and business objectives are accurately reflected in product decisions.
● Develop a deep understanding of media planning and campaign execution workflows to identify product opportunities and remove customer friction.
● Defines product vision and strategy in support of our goals and objectives.
● Lead the entire product lifecycle, including ideation, requirements gathering, development, launch, and post-
launch optimization.
● Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
● Presents and clearly articulates product strategy to stakeholders.
● Conduct customer discovery with media professionals, agencies, advertisers, and internal stakeholders to identify workflow improvements, product opportunities, and emerging market needs.
● Identify new product opportunities and enhancements.
● Act as the voice of media customers throughout the product development lifecycle, ensuring engineering teams understand the operational realities of campaign planning, buying, execution, and measurement.
● Evolves product strategy based on research, data and industry trends.
● Builds trusted relationships with media teams and customers, uncovering workflow pain points and translating complex media requirements into clear product specifications.
● Develops new products and enhances existing products.
● Releases product features on a regular basis.
● Collaborates with Marketing to gather customer feedback, analyze market insights, coordinate beta testing, and
develop release plans.
● Engages closely with the Engineering and Sciences teams to help determine the best technical implementation
methods as well as a reasonable implementation schedule.
● Manages development schedules, identifies possible issues and clearly communicates them to product
stakeholders.
● Takes responsibility for release schedules and milestones, supporting a high velocity.
● Provides business guidance for product and technical success, manages and delegates activities within their
product area, coordinating priorities for Product, Engineering, and Sciences teams as a cross-functional team
leader to take features to market, ensuring success metrics are informing future efforts, and quickly fine-tuning
the product as needed.
● Crafts a compelling message and tailors it for a given audience. Blends technical topics with simple, everyday
language to deliver a story that is memorable and useful.
● Fluently communicates across media, product, and engineering organizations, translating media terminology into product strategy and technical implementation while ensuring all stakeholders share a common understanding.
Expresses complex concepts in plain language to reach broader audiences.
● Breaks down and links company-wide metrics with product-specific metrics, ensuring alignment and providing
valuable insights for decision-making.
● Partners with the business team to develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans, maximizing product
adoption and revenue generation.
● Demonstrates ability to achieve strategic goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.
