We work with CTOs and CIOs who care about execution, quality, and reliability. Our platform combines engineering delivery management, secure infrastructure, managed devices, and advanced technical evaluation to make distributed engineering predictable at scale.
We are not a staffing agency. We are a delivery and systems company.
We are hiring a Technical Operations Delivery Manager to own engineering delivery execution across multiple US client accounts.
This role is responsible for making sure engineering teams deliver high quality work on time and with consistency. You will focus on delivery results, client trust, and operational stability.
This is a senior role with real responsibility. You will work closely with engineers, internal leadership, and US based stakeholders. You are accountable for how work is delivered, not just whether work starts.
• Own delivery outcomes across multiple active client engagements
• Ensure engineering teams deliver production ready software on predictable timelines
• Identify delivery risks early and resolve them before clients are impacted
• Enforce clear engineering standards and execution practices
• Act as the senior escalation point for delivery and operational issues
• Communicate clearly with clients during complex or high pressure situations
• Ensure engineers are fully ready on Day One with access, tools, devices, and environments
• Track delivery health across quality, timelines, and stability
• Improve delivery processes based on real results and feedback
• Strong background in software engineering, technical leadership, or engineering management
• Clear understanding of how software is built, tested, and delivered in real environments
• Experience owning delivery for client facing or production systems
• Ability to make sound decisions when plans look good on paper but fail in reality
• Experience working with distributed or nearshore engineering teams
• Strong spoken and written English skills
• Comfortable working with US based clients and stakeholders
You do not need to code every day, but you must understand engineering systems and delivery challenges.
